With the Orchid DECT phone system, a handset on the external line can transfer the call to another handset that has been registered to the same base station. To transfer a call, follow the below procedures:

Example,

Handset 1 is on the line and wants to transfer the call to handset 2:

1. With Handset 1 already talking to the outside party,
2. Press INT (Intercom key located at the bottom of keypad),
3. And then the target handset number ("2", in this case),
4. After the line is being picked up by Handset 2,
5. Press the Talk key (big oval shape) on Handset 1,
6. Handset 2 can now talk to the external party.
